New Years Eve 2012-2013

New Years Eve is almost upon us, we have left it late this year but in the nick of time a suitably ridiculous party has been organized and will be taking place in The Jack Of Newbury.
Entry is free of charge, not £80 for a ticket like The Newbury or however much it is to get into Fever, and the DJ's will be bringing nothing but Drum n Bass pressure all evening long.
Vocal support comes in the shape of MC Macular and M-R-T.
Music kicks off at 9pm and goes on throught til 3am.
Get 2013 started with a bang!!!

End Of The World Party

The 36th Chamber presents The End Of The World Party on the 21st December 2012 at the Jack Of Newbury. Drum and Bass and Ragga Jungle are the order of the day, and our hand picked and battle hardened DJ's will be spinning the beats from 9pm onwards until late (licensed til 3am)! 

Here's the line-up:

11pm-12: Shaolin Drunken Monk
12-1am: Triplex
1-2am: Jon Deviant

36th Chamber @ Avenue, Newbury

Yes yes!

Once again we're here to mangle your mind with bass by the pound and some serious breakbeat pressure! Oh yes sireeee, we've secured a monthly Thursday night in the newly opened Avenue Nightclub in saddlers court, Newbury.  We'll be presenting the finest selection of underground dance music our hand picked DJ's can muster, starting each event with a breakbeat aperitif quickly followed by a side order of dubstep then lashings of drum and bass to finish.

The 36th Chamber working alongside Newbury Dubstepperz and Thump Events means you're guaranteed to hear the baddest local DJ's smacking down the hottest tracks of the moment, however keep your eyes peeled for the odd special guest or two in the future.

Entrance is free as always, however there is a dress code, details are posted here!

A free 19 seater shuttlebus has been organized for the Marketplace in Newbury where those with faulty limbs or extreme laziness disorder can catch a lift down the high street, and also look out for the Avenue team armed with flyers - some of which may be worth free booze to those lucky enough to get one!

A new genetically morphed kind of guestlist is in the process of materializing which will entitle those on it to a free beverage and queue jump, check the facebook group for more details of how to get your name on that...

Music starts at 8pm and will roll on through til 2am.

Saturday 1st August @ The Bricklayers

We're back in the Bricklayers for the next installment in our endless mission to bring the best music to the people of berkshire.
This time round you can experince the dub reggae vibes of DJ Stasha from 8-10pm, then the Drunken Monk will be taking you on the journey from the hip hop underground through to the jungle pioneers of the 90's between 10 an midnight before Dj Magma smashes the place down with a fat drum and bass selection til 2am.

The Thump crew will be cleaning themselves up and sorting out the outdoor smoking area / garden with a whole bunch of bass with some beats and breakz neatly stacked on top in a crazy buckaroo fashion...

If the weather's good we even even host a little barbeque too.

Entry to the Bricklayers is free all night long, and there will be numerous drinks promo's running too.

36th Chamber @ The Bricklayers

Got a bunch more Gigs lined up for the lucky people of Newbury this weekend!

The festivities kick off on Friday night at 9pm in the Canal Bar where I'll be supplying a variety of minty fresh beats until midnight. Expect to hear lots of random tunes, the odd eighties smash hit and the Imperial March off the Star Wars soundtrack!

On Saturday I've lined up a little birthday bash in the Bricklayers for my man, DJ Stasha. We're gonna be coming from a slightly different angle for this one, setting up somewhere in the region of 5 decks with the DJ's doing 2 hour sets, so expect things to get ridiculous!
Thump promotions have kindly agreed to provide the breakbeats out in the Smoking Area, so there will be a flavour of music for virtually all tastes going on at some point throughout the evening. The curtain goes up at 8pm with final act finishing at 2am. Gonna be sickness!
